Amazing and attentive staff - I've never left my puppy in day care before but I had no issue with leaving her with the staff as they seemed so caring and genuinely interested in her when we arrived! She came back with a report card for her first visit and was so happy - we'll definitely be taking our puppy back!

We have been using Pet Paradise for about 5 years now when we go out of town. It's one of the only kennels in Houston we would trust to watch our precious pup! Very convenient when flying out of IAH, and they offer flexible drop off or pick up if you have an early or late flight. The staff is great, and it seems like they really care for our dog. I've been to kennels before where our dog clearly dreaded going in. Here he happily walks in with the staff which makes me feel better about leaving him. We love the pawgress report they give, although I so with they would be a little more consistent giving it out! The price is on the higher end, but for all the amenities you receive its worth it!
