What is Women's Boot Camp?? This is an uplifting, ladies only class that includes body weight exercises, interval and circuit training, medicine balls, kettle bells and whatever else our coaches can get their hands on to keep you sweaty and challenged! Oh, and great music, of course! Who should come?? You! If you are reading this, it’s for you! This class is for all ability levels, ages, shapes and sizes. Come find out what your body can do! When?? This series starts April 9th to June 1st, every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6am AND 10am. Are you looking for motivation, accountability, and a challenge in a fun atmosphere? We’ve got you covered! Each session consists of small group training in a fun, challenging workout environment for all ability levels. Our community and coaches are what drive our program. You’ll meet like-minded women, have fun while working out, and build friendships and muscles together! Thanks Julie Anderson for the great testimonial! 😍 Q. What made you want to start in the first place? A. My workout routine before Crossfit was basically running the same route day after day. I considered myself a runner because I didn’t really know how to workout any other way. I had joined other gyms in the past but felt very insecure since I really didn’t know what I was doing. When I looked into Crossfit I noticed that there were lots of different ages and fitness levels. Regardless of how old people were and how fit they were, people were getting after it and working hard. There were coaches who were there to show you exactly what to do and how to do it. I took a leap of faith and tried it. After more than five years, I haven’t looked back. Q. What do you love most about Crossfit/SRCF? A. Physically I’m in the best shape of my life which is a plus but it is more than that. SRCF has introduced me to so many awesome people. I have made true friends who push me to work harder and be better everyday. I can’t say enough about the coaches…they are amazing. I love some so much that I even let one of them deliver my baby…true story. Q. What would you say to someone who feels intimidated to start? A. Everyone has to start somewhere. Don’t compare your chapter 1 to someone else’s chapter 10. Just come and give it a shot. You’ll love it!

Need a healthy carb? Brandon Simpson has you covered 😎 "Bake sweet potatoes in the oven at 400 degrees for around 45 minutes. I take them out, skin them and mash or puree them and put them into containers to be ready to portion out during the week. Saves the 45 minute cook time every time you want a sweet potato." 🥔

We are starting a new Tweens CrossFit Series this Spring! Get your Tweens out of the house and into fitness and nutrition. This is a 6 week series for Tweens ages 10-15 beginning April 24th. Class meets 3 times a week on Tuesday + Thursdays from 4:30pm - 5:30pm and Saturdays at 1:00pm. This series includes 2 healthy cooking classes to teach your Tweens how to eat and cook healthy meals. Series is $500. We need a minimum of 5 Tweens for the program. Email megan@swamprabbitcrossfit.com for more info and to sign up.

Crossfit Kids Spring Series is BACK! This is a 6 week series for Kids ages 5-9. Class meets three times a week on Mondays + Wednesdays from 3:30pm - 4:30pm and Saturday at Noon starting April 23rd.
