Deana Downs The Art of Self Care, the focus of my work is teaching clients and the community how to experience self care and self healing through practicing "The Art of Self Care." I combine the practices of energy therapy techniques, my intuitive abilities, and the tools I have learned, practiced and created. I work with each client as the individual that they are. If you are wanting to move forward, grow and expand, the work begins with you caring for you in ways that are kind and compassionate.
For those who are experiencing health challenges, life transitions, relationship and career changes, learning how to care for you will help you feel more aware and capable to make change with more clarity, and connection to yourself.
