Open all day for Lunch Dinner and Late Night! The Fat Shack is happy to introduce the fat sandwich like you've never seen it before to CSU and Fort Collins. For those of you who have never heard of this style sandwich, we take all of your favorite ingredients (cheesesteak, chicken fingers, fries, mozzarella sticks etc.) and serve it in your choice of an 8" or 12" hero roll. Whether you are craving one of our grill sandwiches for lunch/dinner or need a fat sandwich to satisfy your late night munchies, we are happy to serve you at our in store seating or deliver the food right to your doorstep!!
