La Paloma's soups, sauces and salad dressings are homemade. Our menus feature Mexican & American cuisine. we serve breakfast, lunch & dinner. When the opportunity arose for the Pinal Hispanic Council to purchase a restaurant in Eloy, and name it “La Paloma, (when translated in English means “The Dove”), CEO, Ralph Varela proposed to the Board of Directors to develop a restaurant business incubator to empower individuals to become self-sufficient with increased job skills and opportunities in the hospitality industry. The restaurant will become a symbol in Eloy and surrounding communities in Pinal County, of what will work when the community gives individuals an opportunity to begin a new life.
