Or if you are using web rewards, instant issue, or stored value programs, you can choose to mail or email a reminder that the member has an unredeemed reward.
Every two weeks, RepeatRewards will mail members who have earned enough points an award certificate. The Award Letter has two sections that can be updated with your own personal message, and the certificate is printed with a “watermark” to help prevent fraud.
In our WEB REWARDS program, you may offer the same types of rewards as described in the Classic Rewards section, but your members will log into the website and print out the reward certificate. As soon as a reward is earned, RepeatRewards® will email a notification to the member with pertinent instructions. Because this version is handled in “real time”, there is no need to worry that a member can reuse a reward after it has been redeemed.
With INSTANT ISSUE program, when the reward is earned, it will automatically print on the member’s receipt.
With STORED REWARDS program, the member’s reward is stored right on the card and can be redeemed during any visit.
