Well, we've got the beer for you! “The Sour Russian” Kriek Lambic ABV 6.7% Presenting "The Sour Russian" Kriek, our take on a traditional Belgian Kriek Lambic (pale sour beer aged with sour cherries). Just like a clean Olympic athlete, this beer has taken a long time to reach tip-top shape. Aged in barrels with both sour and sweet cherries, The Sour Russian pours a bright communist red color with pink foam, a light dry mouthfeel, and a huge charge of tart, vinous, resiny, chewy cherry flavor. This is a real deal barrel-aged kriek, a style not often found in Minnesota, or, for that matter, in the US. So, pour a glass and drink your sorrows away while you enjoy the games from afar.
