In September of 2015, Windi successfully completed her classes to become part of the Qualatex Network.

In October of 2015, she went before international judges to prove her knowledge and balloon decor skills where she achieved her CBA (Certified Balloon Artist) title. Currently, she is the only CBA in south Georgia.

Windi has over 20 years of creating balloon decor for events locally and road tripping to places like Charlotte, North Carolina, Jacksonville, Florida, Valdosta, Georgia, Atlanta, Georgia, and all kinds of places in between!!
