"Connecting people to ideas." All library resources and services are still available during the Anderson Academic Commons at Penrose Library building project - see http://library.du.edu/site/ for current services.

Anderson Academic Commons:
In the same central campus location where DU’s original Penrose Library was built in 1970, the Anderson Academic Commons at Penrose Library will open during Winter quarter of 2013.  The Anderson Academic Commons will be a teaching library based on connectivity and collaboration. Students will work together on projects, study and reflect quietly, tap into a vast array of data and knowledge, and seek help on everything from writing and math to research. The building also will serve as a resource for professors who want to incorporate the latest technology and pedagogy into their courses. As the campus’ hub for inquiry, the Academic Commons will be an essential destination for every professor and student at DU.  For more information, http://library.du.edu/site/academicCommons/home.php
