This is simply part of life, but what separates the winners from losers are the ones that get up, fall forward, and RISE UP above their challenges, obstacles, and early failures. If you don't lose a pound or inch this week week don't throw in the towel and give up. Have a bad day of eating or miss a workout? Don't let it stop you! Instead, it's time to rise up to your potential and soar past your limitations!

For this weeks transformation I've got to give a shout out to Daphne Fit Body Boot Camp member Lee Day who's down over 30lbs since he started working out with us. Being a business owner Lee is extremely busy but still finds time to workout and as he puts it " With FBBC I never get bored and I don't have to get on a treadmill mill to get great results and have a great workout." Congratulations to our member of the month, Ann Rush!!! Ann is a lean-mean-working machine! She works extremely hard in her sessions, gives it her all, and she even attends sessions twice a day sometimes! We are so proud of her progress and all that she has worked for! Despite her prior injuries, she persisted, recovered and did not let those bring her down! We are so impressed by your perseverance Ann. Keep being awesome!!!

Those of you who know Coach Tracy know she does an awesome job and is only going to get better and add more value to our FBBC family! Since being a part of FBBC she's lost over 60lbs and 8 sizes! She's such an asset to what we do because she knows the struggles our clients face and knows the path to help them get to where they want be! SHARE, Like, and show Tracy some love!

Congratulations to our member of the month, Carrie Brewer!! Carrie is an extremely dedicated member, and you can always find her working hard in the 9:15am session! No matter what her weekend looks like, Carrie always shows up on Monday morning with a smile on her face and ready to put in work! We like to call her "Carrie Underwood Legs" because her leg muscles are something serious!! We are so proud of you Carrie and are so thankful that you are a part of our Daphne Fit Body Boot Camp Family!!! :-)

🦁⭐️Mindset Monday ⭐️🦁 It's that time of week again, it's time for Mindset Monday. You know, we all have things we fear, procrastinate on, or avoid because of a host of reasons. We're human so when things get uncomfortable or uneasy we tend to duck and run. We don't like being uncomfortable or putting ourselves "out there". But today what I want you realize is that could be the very thing keeping you from achieving what you want in life. It could be a more fit body, better relationships, more financial security, or even a promotion at work. But your fears, put offs, and excuses are stopping you. However, more times that not the things we fear are FAR worse to us than they are in reality. An acronym for fear that I like is.... F- False E- Expectations A- Appearing R- Real How many times have you wanted to do something in your life and you were scared to do it? Maybe you or your loved ones had to talk you into it? And then once you did it you thought "ah that wasn't so bad" and you were glad you went through with it. It happens to all of us and way too often. You've probably heard that growth happens outside of your comfort zone, and that's true. We can't let our fears and doubts keep us from reaching our goals and testing our limits. It's lot like when a herd of animals are crossing through a prairie in Africa and they hear a lions roar. Instantly, the whole herd goes into a panic and some of the animals get paralyzed by the fear. Well when this happens you guessed it....they're the ones that get to be lunch that day. Our lives are the same way because when we let fear and uncertainty paralyze us we can get "eaten up" by life because of the things we don't take action on. So my challenge to you this week is to think of something you've been putting off or avoiding, something that you know you would benefit from and go for it! The best prescription for anxiety is action, or as one of my mentors calls it.....to go "into the roar". Have an awesome week!
