The FRSA Mission is to empower commanders in their duty to deliver the Total Army Family Program The Family Readiness Program was developed to promote Family Readiness, quality of life, and empowerment of military families through education, communication, resource allocation, and community involvement. Services are provided during deployment and during steady state times. The FRSAs assist the Commander in executing Servicemember and Family wellbeing responsibilities at the state and command level throughout the Deployment cycle. The intent is to foster continuity for the Commander's Family Readiness Program.
