We know there is a lot of interest in the PUD Rezone at NE 10th and Hiwassee. At this time we are expecting the developer to postpone the rezone public hearing until January. We are waiting for confirmation of this from the developer, however due to technical difficulties with email today, we have been unable to confirm this yet. We will post any upcoming meetings that pertain to this issue to keep everyone in the loop. We do have a Council meeting tomorrow night, however the rezones in this area are not on that agenda.
