An unfussy local and historic pub plating World Famous Fried Chicken and other southern inspired fare.  The Castle Hotel and Bar began as the gathering place for quarry workers, ranchers, and travelers during the 1890's.

Around 1910, The Castle Hotel and Cafe became the stopover for travelers between Denver and Colorado Springs. A decade later, a dance hall was built in the bar and it served as a community center during the roaring 20's, depressing 30's and early 40's. Throughout the years, The Castle Cafe and Lounge remained the geographical and social heart of the Castle Rock area.

Open for selected lunch hours, dinner service and all-day Sunday, Castle Cafe is an unfussy southern pub serving World Famous Fried Chicken and other delicious American fare.
