Sometimes in life you are handed adversity. A lot of people talk about how you handle this and that shows character and makes you stronger in your journey, but what if sometimes adversity was sent your way so that you could bring out something in someone else? Bring to light something in someone that seemed the most unlikely to be spectacular? • Adversity is not give just for you to learn a lesson and we should never judge anyone around sis, especially in our line of work we do not judge fitness potential, we help build it. • YOU are not the only person in the world and YOUR struggles could be someone moment of sunshine, if you are able to think beyond YOURSELF and think of SOMEONE ELSE. Adversity does change you for the better, embrace it, but don't let it blind you in the lesson and help you can learn and give because of it. You might miss something amazing in someone else if you don't. • #standalonetogether #crossfitcurrahee

We are not bilaterally equal. Dumbbells in the Team Series, wish it was a dumbbell full clean, but hey. • History of dumbbells in CrossFit: 2002 - main site workout with DB. • 2004 - article in CF journal dedicated to dumbbells. • 2009 - Final event at the CrossFit Games had DB Push Jerks 40lbs. • Since 2009 DB have been incorporated at some stage of CrossFit Games nearly every year since then (exception comes from sectionals in 2010 some events had them some didn't, another CF history for another time.) • 2017 Open first DB appearance. • Enjoy today's WOD Team Series Event 6 - 2017. #crossfitcurrahee #standalonetogether
