Our local firefighters are a selfless group of great people. I'm really grateful to be getting an inside look into their world as an on call firefighter. There is an amazing array of knowledge, skill, and sacrifice that comes with what they do. These Men and Women are true hero's.

This movement and concept is great for people who stand and lean forward and have to bend while working. When you "hinge" at the hips your hamstrings hold your weight instead of pressure building in your lower spine when you bend forward at the waist.
