Pilates Pro - 40 or 55 minute group reformer classes. This amped up class combines resistance, lengthening, strength training and cardio, helping you feel better than ever, especially upon repeat visits.

Pilates Classic - Traditional group reformer pilates classes on our FitFormer. This is a full body exercise class that educates, realigns and balances the body, building lean, flexible muscles. This method increases coordination and improves body alignment and posture while relieving stress and tension.

Barre Pro
Get into this intensely paced full-body workout that’s based on ballet barre work. The pilates matwork helps you to burn fat while creating glutes, abs, quads and calves that make people do a flattering double-take.

TRX - Suspension training supports all fitness levels and goals by letting you harness your own body weight to create resistance, while developing strength, balance, flexibility and joint stability simultaneously. TRX exercises can easily be modified for all fitness levels.

matBox - A new full-body fusion workout that combines kickboxing, pilates and yoga into one powerful session.

Stretch & Restore - Improve joint flexibility, free stagnation in the muscle tissue, lubricate the joints and foster a quiet meditative state. This class infuses pilates mat and yoga inspired stretches.
