A different type of entertainment... Adam’s is owned and managed by chef and restaurateur, Adam Kantback. He was the former owner of three award-winning restaurants in Charlotte, North Carolina - La Bibliotheque, Adam’s at Ballantyne, and The Bridge Café - all of which received the AAA Four Diamond Award 15 years in a row.
Featured in Charlotte’s Hall of Fame Eatery, the 150-seat La Bibliotheque, served traditional French and American fare, was also famous for its atmosphere and decor.
La Bibliotheque formal dining service, white table linens, wrought-iron wine cellar and tableside Crepe Suzettes made it a unique restaurant to the area. La Bibliotheque was the only Charlotte restaurant to receive both the AAA Four-Diamond award and the Mobil Travel Guide Four Star rating for several consecutive years.
