Head Chef Brian Gorman and staff cooked for North Collier County Fire Department during Hurricane Irma with no electricity. Dara and Brian graciously opened their venue up to all friends, family, and employees that didn't have a place to stay during the hurricane. Thanks BELLA Magazine for the article and Costco for their food donations during hurricane Irma!
