Rusty Pruden Endurance provides coaching services for all types of endurance athletes. We believe that in order for an athlete to be successful and accomplish their goals, they should be happy, well rested and pushed. Here at RPE we build and manipulate the athletes training program to personally fit the demands of the athletes’ day to day life. Keeping the mind and body in sync rather than beating the athlete down with countless or meaningless hours of training is most important to us. Almost always, we put ourselves down rather than give ourselves a chance to succeed. Our programs keep you hooked, engaged, motivated, happy, and balanced. Everyone deserves a chance to dream big and achieve something magnificent… and RPE will be of support and guidance every step of the way. Hard work pays off!
