Come check out Tanner's nature collection. The various items are on display in the glass display case at the bottom of the stairs heading into the Youth Services department. She did it! She read 1000 books before Kindergarten:) Congratulations, Emma. Children age birth to kindergarten are invited to participate in this fun program, sponsored by the Baraboo Elks Lodge #688. Register at the downstairs desk and receive a bright yellow book tote and the first reading train ticket! When you graduate the graduate receives a $5 gift certificate to a local bookstore and will ride in a float in the annual Big Top parade in July.

After he reads from his new book, "There Is Only This Moment," he will invite attendees to read some of their own poetry.

Thank you to Ms. Sonn's 2nd grade class for providing service at the library on Thursday, May 4th. The students attend Al Behrman Elementary School. They cleaned up the outside of the library to make it free of litter and brush. The students also cleaned toys and Lego bricks.
