We care deeply about our client’s success and are dedicated to being enthusiastic, encouraging, and supportive. We provide consistent guidance to living and sustaining a healthy lifestyle. We teach proper techniques of strength and cardiovascular training, as well as proper nutrition. We use the most up to date training methods and fitness equipment to keep exercise fun and interesting. Our main focus is dedication to functional training, making a connection between exercise and everyday living.  Our trainers will take the time to get to know you and will establish a plan tailored to meet your individual goals.  We believe in building a foundation from the most basic movements and using that as a platform to build on.  You will be doing some of the same exercises that professional athletes do and you will love it!  Our highly trained and professional staff will be with you every step of the way to keep you safe, comfortable, and confident as you workout.

How many times should I train per week? We have found that people who commit to training with us for 3 sessions per week get absolutely incredible results, and 3 tends to be the sweet spot for getting and sustaining great results fast. Training with us 3 times per week is all that you will need to take care of your health and fitness. Additionally, we offer training programs with both 2 or 4 sessions per week. Depending on your fitness goals and schedule, we will help you determine which program is right for you.
