Take your tastebuds on a safari! 10 Degrees South is a locally owned South African restaurant providing a culinary sanctuary for Atlanta’s tastemakers. 10 Degrees South was the first restaurant of its kind in the USA, specializing in South African Cuisine.
South African Cuisine is a fusion of French, Portuguese, Dutch, German, and Malaysian cuisines with strong Mediterranean influences. The restaurant was founded in 1998 in a small bungalow in Buckhead, Atlanta. Sixteen years later, inspiration was taken from the sophisticated and modern restaurants and hotels of Cape Town to transform 10 Degrees into a trendy, sleek and contemporary restaurant with outstanding cuisine.
