GOOSETOWN Will be running a special on all new memberships through January 15th. No joining fee when signing up on your yearly membership using our Elektronik Fund Transfer. This also saves you an additional $60 through the year. Single rate only $35 per month couple $45 per month and family only $50 per month we are loaded with equipment And have a great variety of Fitness Classes some are included in your membership. Last year we had over 20 people that completed the challenge With some amazing increases let's try and double that this year. Last year most improved were Jeanna Brunell, Sean Whittacre & Derik Hibbert. Forms will be available at the front desk tomorrow.

Looking for 7 people to join a 4 week fitness boot camp. Cost will be $50 for members of Goosetown Health Club ($75 non members). Over the 4 weeks we will have two classes on Monday and Wednesday at 7:15 pm. Then you will be expected to workout 3 other days with workouts being provided by me. Nutrition info will also be provided with food journaling a must. 4 weeks of workouts do nothing if you aren't committed to a life style change in your diet. Some may need an over haul while others need accountability. I want people who are willing to dedicate 4 weeks of yourself to me. I will provide all the butt kicking workouts if you are willing to put the time and effort into your food choices. All fitness levels are welcome from beginner to elite athlete. Class will begin next week or the following depending on how fast I fill the spots. PM me with any questions or to sign up. Look forward to a great class with awesome results.
