ELEVATE  is a unique facility which offers unconventional training methods that allow our clients to take their fitness to the next level. We believe that functional training is for everyone, no matter what your current fitness level is or your training background. We use a training program dedicated to improving performance, fitness and sports potential. We are goal oriented, structured with a focus on building a solid foundation. Elevate features a variety of exercises designed to provide gains in both mental and physical strength along with motivation and dedication to exercise that will improve every part of your life.  Make the commitment to train and become a better YOU!  So train SMARTER... train ELEVATE!  

At ELEVATE Training, we use a variety of modalities and techniques including: plyometrics, Olympic lifts, bodyweight training, kettlebells, ropes and free weights. Athletic training will increase lean muscle, improve fluid and functional movement, help with fat loss, and develop anaerobic/aerobic conditioning. Additionally, athletic training prevents injury and improves flexibility and stability. The best thing about training like an athlete is that sessions are fun - we'll have you sprinting hills, box jumping, pressing sandbags, flipping tires and more!  We believe that preparation for all sorts of random physical challenges- is at odds with fixed, predictable and routine regimens. In other words, we build a foundation so you can excel in any activity you choose.  Classes are periodized and structured to ensure that athletes do not plateau.

ELEVATE Endurance is a strength and conditioning regimen geared toward endurance athletes.  Whether you are a seasoned triathlete or a first time Spartan racer, we are the facility for you.
ELEVATE Endurance is a fully functional training program that combines the elements of competition and group support ensuring optimal results driving athletes to work harder, not only for themselves, but for each other. ELEVATE Endurance aims to improve the muscular strength, stamina, flexibility, agility, accuracy, power, speed, core strength, balance, competitive drive and most importantly mental conditioning. What makes this program so effective for all athletes is that it is measurable and scalable for all levels.
Power and speed are critical components to success in the endurance world. With careful planning, our strength and conditioning plan increases these two mainstays of performance while reducing recovery time and injury. At the same time, we preserve lean tissue and create a more sustainable performance curve.

💥💥💥MEMBER SPOTLIGHT💥💥💥 Kayla Messenger @kroo4310 We are a little late but our member of the month is Kayla! She has been a part of the E family for over 3 years! Kayla had shoulder surgery last year and has made amazing strides in recovery. So much so that she’s even picked up on several new skills just in the last few months alone, like DUs!!! Not only that, Kayla recently did an in house weight loss challenge where she dropped a whopping 17lbs in 2 months! 😱 We are so proud of her hard work and love having her at E. Here is a little Q&A with Kayla! ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Q:How long have you been doing CF or been at Elevate? A: Almost 3 1/2 years! Q:What or who got you started? A: I wanted to be healthy for myself and my family so my husband talked me into coming to Elevate with him! Q:Favorite thing about Elevate or CF? A: The CrossFit community in general and the new friends you make from it! Also, I love the push you get from those around you and how everyone is always there to help and encourage you! Q:Favorite exercise or movement? A: None!😂. Probably deadlift or dumbbell snatch. Q:Greatest accomplishment since being at E? We are excited to have Garland with Fit & Faithful Wellness come by to talk all things nutrition this evening, July 29th at 630pm! A few things he will touch on are keto, paleo, macro dieting and the pros and cons for each based on your lifestyle and goals. As well as general info on the best foods to eat when trying to lose/gain weight, maintain or build muscle, etc. Also, benefits of intermittent fasting, supplements you should add in your diet, and more!
