The White Swan is an idyllic country Pub, in the heart of Yorkshire offering excellent quality meals, made from fresh seasonal ingredients. The White Swan is a family owned "village pub with dining" serving a full Menu of freshly prepared starters, mains and puddings featuring classic pub favourites and a specials board full of seasonal dishes.
Diners can enjoy their food in front of our log burner, in the relaxed bar area or our new dining room (available for semi-private events). There's a warm and inviting atmosphere, friendly service, traditional cask ales and fine wines, providing something for everyone, whether it's a casual dining experience, a business lunch, a quick catch-up or a celebration with family and friends, in a comfortable environment.
There is also a Beer Garden available all year round, which lends itself perfectly to alfresco dining in the warmer months.

Well, the Thornton Rascals lived up to their name this morning... They escaped!! Didn't go far though. Billy and Larry made their way to the pub and stood under the window barrrrrrring at me! Naughty little rascals!
