If you have any queries or want to place an order you can contact the following ways:
*Facebook message* (This will be the quickest and easiest way to get in contact with myself)
*Email* (I will always aim to get back to anyone who contacts me via email as I only check this every so often through the day)
If you do wish to place an order with me, payment will need to be taken before any orders are made. Paypal and Bank transfer is accepted.
REFUNDS:
Due to all my products being personalised to order, Refunds will not be given for wrong orders or change of mind. Orders are started within 6hrs of ordering. There is a 2hr gap if you do wish to change your mind.
Refunds or part refunds will be given to damaged delivered goods. If this is the case, evidence may need to be received in order to receive the refund.
Orders will be complete and ready to send within 3 days of first ordering at the moment.
