Welcome to CLA Financial, independent mortgage advice based in Witney, Oxfordshire By choosing CLA Financial to arrange your mortgage you will have a dedicated mortgage adviser with you every step of the way, from when you initially decide to seek independent mortgage advice right through to completion. Your mortgage adviser will be on hand to help with any queries you may have. Moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do but having an independent mortgage adviser to work on your behalf will reduce the pressure and make the whole process much easier than going it alone. We can liaise with the lender, solicitor, estate agent or house builder to ensure the whole process runs smoothly.
We treat each client as a VIP with each case being individually tailored to suit individual needs. We can either arrange to meet you at home or work or even just chat over the telephone. Whichever you choose, the initial consultation is always free. Don’t worry if you don’t live in Witney or Oxfordshire as we don’t need to meet in person. In fact, we have clients all over the country who we communicate with by phone and email. If you decide to proceed to application we do not charge a fee whatever the size of the mortgage. Because we offer free advice we receive commission from the lender.
