I am a mum with two little ones and work part time as well as run my Cambridge consultancy business. I understand everyday pressures balancing family/work life and the difficulties of maintaining regular exercise along with a suitable diet to combat weight loss. I took up many diets in the past, however I found the Cambridge Weight Plan successful long term and wish to pass this experience on to help increase your confidence and allow you to achieve an active lifestyle.

Appointments are informal and friendly at my home with times to suit your work and family commitments. I also have a play room that can be used for those who need to bring their little ones. I offer a limited mobile service. I am situated between Chapleford and Geminii.
