AVP Property Maintenance provides the highest standards of property maintenance and repairs. Based in Warrington I am skilled tradesman on hand I am a time served property maintenance trades man. I have over 10 years experience working on domestic properties.
I have experience in:
Joinery & carpentry - pipe boxing, skirting board attachment and replacement.
Plumbing - replacement taps, external tap fitting, pipe leaks

Handyman – Replace external window sealant The customer had issues with cold air coming into the room and also mould forming around the internal plaster work of the window. The old silicone was removed that showed that no foam filler had been used when the window was fitted. The gap was filled with foam, trimmed and new silicone sealant applied.

Plumbing/Handyman - Replace stopcock and fix hole in ceiling Customer feedback - Mr. Vijay was punctual. Impressed with his work. He turned up in short notice as the job was urgent due to bad leak. Appreciate his efforts in getting the leak fixed. He also covered the ceiling hole which was made by removal of the light. Very happy with both jobs and would surely recommend him to others.
Handyman - Putting a TV on wall Customer feedback - Responded quickly he was on time did the job great and was very polite definitely use his services again.
