Hi all, Due to child care issues I now have a space available on the Monday night boxing. The class is aimed at all Levels and the course runs for six weeks starting Monday the 15th. The start time is 8.30pm and finishes at 9.15pm. The cost is £48 please in box me if you are interested. DD x

Happy new year all!! So before Christmas I said I would start the Friday classes back on the 12th ....however thinking this break has Gone on for long enough ......anyone around if I start it this Friday??!

Happy New year to you all. If your new years resolution is to lose weight and tone up then look no further!! My fat burning classes run on a Monday evening 7.30pm till 8.25pm at Hersham baptist church Friday mornings (pre school children welcome) 9.30am till 10.25 at all saints church Hersham. All levels welcome and all u need to bring is water! Pay as you go £6 Starting January 15th Monday nights 8.30pm till 9.15pm I am running a six week boxing class. This is a pay up front class .....please in box me for an information require. I have a maximum number of 12 for these sessions and this is based on a first come first served basis. Penultimate Monday class before the Christmas break!!
