A great First Day on Site and Loving the Chilfest Weather

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING E TICKETS As most of you are aware, we have changed our system this year and are using e-tickets rather than sending them out in the post. Tickets can be either printed at home or saved onto a smartphone. All e-tickets will be scanned on entry – it is your responsibility to ensure you have all your e-tickets with you when you arrive. Each e-ticket carries a unique barcode – if more than one entry is attempted on a ticket access will be refused. To print out tickets, you should log into your account on the Chilfest website and click on the link ‘view your order history’ then ‘view tickets.’ If you experience problems with printing the tickets, try using the keys ‘Ctrl’ and ‘P’ together. Please ensure that all tickets saved onto smartphones are saved as screenshot and are easily accessible as we cannot guarantee access to the internet once you get to site. Please note if your screen is badly scratched or cracked it may prevent the QR code being scanned. We cannot be held responsible if you cannot gain access to your tickets at the entrance- if you do not have your tickets with you, you will be refused entry to the Chilfest site. Important note about security at Chilfest Following the recent tragic events in the UK, we wanted to let you all know that we are actively working with the police, local authorities and our own security team to review how we continue to keep Chilfest the safe and friendly festival that we’ve all come to love. The festival team are working hard behind the scenes to make sure that everyone’s safety continues to be our top priority when we open the gates in July. There will be a fast track entrance for those people who don’t have any bags with them and all bags will be searched by our security staff at the entrances to the event site. We would strongly encourage everyone to bring as little as possible with them to the festival. There will be lots of food concessions with a wide variety of food and drink available. We ask that everybody please be patient if there are long queues and cooperate with all security requests and bag searches as they are for the benefit of everybody at Chilfest.
