Stonefield Castle are looking for a Full-Time Receptionist to come and join our Team. The roles of the Receptionist are: " Meet and greet guests in a polite friendly manor " Answer and re-direct Phone calls " Input Bookings taken via Phone, E-Mail and online " Passing information for upcoming events and functions over to Heads of Departments " Manage Reception area - Filing etc " Use of Microsoft Office products Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, full training will be given. To be considered for the position, the applicant must have: " A positive and flexible approach to work " Friendly Telephone manor " A great command of the English language In return for this, the Receptionist will be working in a strong focused team in a fun environment. Complimentary Meals are given on shift. Shifts are based on a weekly Rota, with normally every 3rd Weekend off subject to availability. Shifts are split between 7.30am-3.30pm or 3-11pm. £7.50 per hour however this will increase after April. A Cover Letter & CV are essential for the application process. Staff Accommodation could be an option - subject to circumstances & availability.
