yesterday's Leadership meeting: 1. All deliveries will be done by the Thursday (21st April). After that it will be normal 3 to 5 days TAT. 2. International Kits are getting delivered on Tuesday & Wednesday (19, 20 April). 3. Perfumes will be in stock in start of May. 4. All payments will be done between 7 to 10 working days from the request date (16th requests will be paid maximum by 30th April). 5. Product range will be increasing by the end of next month when LTW will start having stock & deliveries handled by a third party. 6. LTW is going to Western Europe & Ireland (ROI) in June 2016. 7. Customer service will be better trained & will be more efficient from now on to answer calls and return the calls. 8. All email enquiries will be dealt within 24 hours. 9. Essential kit to be promoted more, stock count will be available online from Monday. Anyone buying Essential Pack will be in Car Draw for the shopping throughout the April. 10.
