Parking Facilities Ltd has recently invested in a new vehicle for making our gate deliveries. With its brand new hi-ab & trailer, the new truck has already started to go out and deliver our cantilevered & bi-folding automatic gates. The trucks we have, allow us to deliver fully assembled automatic & manual gates straight to site. Both of our trucks have hi-ab lifting equipment which means the gates can be lifted straight into position for bolting down & connecting to power & access control. The days of assembling gates on site for days at a time, are long gone. The most cost effective & quickest way to have an automatic gate is one that is built in the factory and delivered straight to its position on site. As we are completey plain labelled, we understand that our customers put their reputation in the hands of our products and the service we provide. Factory Expansion The building works to extend the factory is progressing well. We can now start to visualise the size of the extension and extra space which will be available to us once the work is completed. Fortunately, we are in a situation whereby we can continue all of our usual production with no delays or extended lead times. Sliding Gates, Barriers, Turnstiles are all on normal lead times as are our other products. The purpose of the extension is to be able to stock more products and larger quantities to decrease our lead times even further. This will enable our trade partners to get orders much quicker to meet with the demands of the perimeter security market. The extension, once completed, will also see the introduction of new internal computer systems to control the flow of products and give live, up-to-date stock levels. This will prevent stock running low to enable quicker lead times and increase next day delivery capabilities. Parking Facilities Ltd is please to announce our factory at Tamworth, Staffordshire is Expanding! Due to the increase in production, we have steadily outgrown our factory and space has become very limited. In order to accomodate the increase in manufacturing and production, we have invested into a large extension to our current factory. The new extension will make way for a much bigger sliding gate manufacturing area and thus will allow re-organisation of the turnstile, automatic barrier and road blocker department areas. The aim of the new extension is to enable us to produce even more stock which will be available for immediate dispatch. This will also allow lead times to be kept to a minimum during busy periods. We are also pleased to announce that whilst the building project is ongoing, our production and manufacturing will not be affected.

The service that they provide will enable the following features: ◦Text & Email alerts giving notification of a delivery ◦The option to reschedule the delivery day by text or online, leave the parcel in a safe place or arrange to collect from your local UK Mail depot ◦On the delivery morning, an estimated one hour delivery window is confirmed by email or text ◦Recipients can opt to benefit from the 'You're Next' notification service, to be informed when the delivery driver is just one delivery away ◦If nobody is available at the time of delivery and no other arrangements have been made, the delivery driver will leave a card to save they attempted delivery ◦If the parcel is delivered to a safe place or ajoining property in a situation where the recipient is unavailable, an email confirming where the parce has been left will be sent to the intended recipient We are constantly trying to improve the service we offer to our trade partners and hope that you find this a useful service.
