We specialise in rearing traditional British breeds of pigs, sheep, poultry and cattle. We specialise in rearing traditional British breeds of pigs, sheep, poultry and cattle in ultra high welfare conditions - and it shows in the texture and flavour of the finished product. We farm in a very low intensity environment, and in harmony with our wonderful wildlife - diverse hedges and copses encourage numerous bird species, wild flower meadows encourage insect activity, and wildlife ponds support amphibian residents.

Hi all, just a quick note to let you know that we are now selling bags of house coal from the Egg Room at Costow Farm at just £6.50 per bag (equivalent £6.80 at local coal merchant) , along with nets of logs and kindling. Also fresh free range eggs, local honey and a huge range of homemade preserves. Pop in and see us 8am- 8pm every day.
*** September Special *** Our fresh free range medium hens eggs are just £2 per doz!! Available by collection from the farm (Daily 8am-8pm) and via our free home delivery service.
We are currently selling 12 small hens eggs for just £1!! They are available from the Egg Room at the farm, and on our weekly home delivery service. Eggs are 43-52g each in weight.
Folks, our neighbour’s are silaging this week, so take extra care driving up the lane to the farm. Also park in the space right outside the Egg Room so as not to block the gateways. Thanks :-)

Due to popular demand, we are now selling Eddy's local runny honey, available from the egg room!!
This morning we had an unannounced inspection from the Egg Marketing Inspectorate (DEFRA) and passed with flying colours!! We were complimented on the condition of the chickens, the cleanliness of the houses, and the quality of the eggs - now you can be sure that you are buying the best eggs possible!

We sell Christinas home pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil, direct from her Greek Smallholding. 250ml bottles are £2.50 and 500ml bottles are £5.50.
