The Healthy Living Centre will be closed from Monday 25 December till Sunday 7 January. Sessions will resume on Monday 8 January. The buddy system will be available during this time. Laura and Trish would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a happy and healthy 2018!

North Walls Healthy Living Centre timetable until March 2018.

Many thanks to everyone who turned up at the Open Day of the NorthWalls Healthy Living Centre and Northwalls Centre last Sunday for the launch of Active Islands. It was a fun day with lots of you taking part in some of the activities on offer. Just a reminder to everyone that the North Walls HLC/Centre Open day is from 3.00 - 5.00 pm. There is an alteration to the normal Sunday swimming: Tiny tots 3.15 - 4.00 pm Fun session 4.00 - 5.00 pm, Taster session of Aqua Zumba 5.15 - 5.45 pm Taster session of Adults learn to swim session 6.00 - 6.30 pm.

We will be holding an open day along with North Walls Centre for the Launch of the new Active Islands Membership now available. On Sunday 15th October 3.00 - 5.00 pm special sample pool sessions will continue up to 6.30 pm.

There will be no fitness instructors at the gym tomorrow morning between 9.30 - 11.00 am, but please feel free to come along with a partner/ friend and use the buddy system instead (as long as you both have been inducted). Phone the school on 791246 to make sure that you can access the facilities. The 11.00 am swim will also be cancelled tomorrow. Fatburn will be on at the usual time of 6.30 pm and the pool will be open 7 - 8 pm.
