Fruit market run done ...and that’s why my products taste different ! It’s the fresh ingredients .... no dried chilies , garlic & ginger , no bottled lime juice either .. it’s freshly squeezed.. by me ! got the littlest munchkin with me so night shift jammin tonight ! So after the Beast from the East ... and loads of other hiccups where I couldn’t be at work prior .... my youngest is really unwell today😢😩 I’m really so sorry for any delays with orders .... and as I’m the only person who can make my products ..I’m at a stand still work wise with jam making and will be providing Calpol and cuddles today instead ... Hello ! Is there anybody out there still as I have been so quiet on this page ?! had so many stockists wanting jam 💜 I’m back on the case this week ... So all this fresh ingredients will be in little jars by Friday and hopefully labelled ... And my lovely stockists will have happy customers once again ! I do wish this was a faster process ... but I use real chillies ( not those dried up kind ) real limes ( not juiced from a bottle ) fresh ginger ( not that dried up kind either ) and loads and loads of fresh red peppers and not forgetting that REAL garlic ! You know the score ... it takes time to make it this good 🙈 And that’s why it tastes so amazing ! 😀

And good morning ...and what’s cooking?! it’s still so cold ...so I’m thinking soup is still needed to warm us all up ! So What’s your favourite soup ?? Would You like to come make it here in the wee kitchen ? Or could do one to one classes From your house ? Chicken and avocado was a tasty and healthy one I made a few weeks ago and You can’t beat a delicious tomato and lentil for all the family !
