Some activities we've done

I registered as a childminder in 2015. Our home is a 3 bedroom semi-detached house in a village location which is close to local parks and playing fields, and a short distance from local shops and school/preschools. I use the downstairs and 1 bedroom of my home for childminding, with access to the kitchen when helping with cooking and baking. I have a fully enclosed garden available for outside play. I am able to take and collect children from St Giles school. I have completed my paediatric first aid training and I am a member of PACEY. I am currently open Monday to Friday between 7.30am and 6.00pm, I am flexible and will change my opening and closing times to suit individual parents' needs and requirements. I have a large garden with many outdoor toys. There are cars, free-flow toys, a trampoline and other toys for many ages. I have attended all training that I have been offered by the local council. As a consequence of this I feel far more confident to deal with individual situations, and to perform my role to a high standard. Qualifications: Current Paediatric First Aid certificates. The completion of my pre-registration. Full, clean driving licence. Personal health check. Worked in learning and development. Full liability insurance. Have had an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau disclosure. Level 2 Award in Food Safety Certificate in Basic Awareness in Child Protection. Certificate in Introduction to the EYFS.
