A job we have recently completed in 'The Old Nunnery in Skelmorlie. Converting an old laundry room into a steam and sauna room. All walls and ceilings clad in wet wall panels and new fans and downlights fitted. We then fitted a sauna and a steam cabinet on top of an underfloor heating mat and vinyl click waterproof flooring.Outstanding transformation as I'm sure you'll agree. Kitchen recently completed in Port Glasgow. Removal of 3 walls opened this up to make it a large open plan kitchen. Walls and ceilings fully plastered and the floor was sorted with some self levelling as it was in a bit of a state after the walls were removed. All new electrics ran in and under units lights fitted to complete the look on this new look modern kitchen. Both us and customer delighted with the end product. Thanks to the 2 Davids from DTEC and DJD electrics and Kieran and Bobby Miller for the plastering works.

Creation of a 'wet room' to house a sauna and hot tub in the Old Nunnery in Skelmorlie. This job was quite unusual and different but one we think turned out cracking. Due to the amount of steam and moisture involved from the hot tub and sauna we had to makes sure everything was totally waterproof and sealed. We ripped out the old carpet and tanked the floor before we lay vinyl click waterproof flooring. We then covered the old wooden skirting boards with clean white PVC. Wet wall panels were added to the walls and a false 'feature' ceiling was built above the hot tub to house the coloured down lights and the extractor fans. Both us and the customer are delighted with how the job turned out.

Another bathroom completed in Greenock working along side John of JD Plumbing. Complete rip out of old bathroom and start afresh. New walk in shower, wall hung basin, chrome towel warmer and porcelain tiles give this bathroom a nice new modern look. PVC ceiling and newly tiled floor also to complete this new bathroom. Gates added and a decking built for a previous customer in Fairlie.

Fence recently completed in Fairlie. Customer wanted a strong 6ft fence erected for privacy and security as this is situated on the main road through Fairlie. A nice shallow curve on the top to finish it off and make it a bit different from others. Also a gate made and fitted for access to the courtyard.
