In the kitchen there`s a kettle, toaster, Microwave, Full size cooker,

Fridge freezer,   Iron & ironing board, ,  

In the lounge there`s a new TV, free-view, DVD

1 double bedroom and 2 twins bedrooms, there is also a double pull out bed in the lounge.

A Shower room with toilet and hand wash basin.

There is also a 2nd Toilet with a hand wash basin.

Included in the price is mains gas, electric, quilts and pillows.

You will need to bring your own linen and towels and tea towels,

4 Butlins Skegness passes are also included in the price.

More passes are available at an additional price

There is a £50.00 Deposit to hold your holiday.(£100 on adult weekends)The bond/deposit is not refundable if you cancel


BEDDING AVALABLE TO HIRE FROM £25 BY ARRANGMENT ONLY

The balance for your holiday is due 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday (if you book sooner than this you will need to pay immediately)
