CrossFit St Albans is your premier strength and conditioning facility in St Albans, Hertfordshire. CrossFit St Albans is centrally located and easy to get to with just a 10 minute walk from the city centre and a 5 minute walk from the city train station.

Our aim at CrossFit St Albans is to provide you with the tools and knowledge to allow you to improve your quality of life, develop new skills and ultimately become fitter, faster and stronger human beings.
We do this by combining all levels from basic to advance of gymnastics, olympic weightlifting and functional cardiovascular movements in a constantly varied and fun group training session.

Congratulations can go to the two teams that won gold, but the best part about the day was the number of teams we had enter, and the support those teams had. For some it was their first taste of a competition outside the Box and I think after this experience they will want to go again. It was a great day out and I'm sorry if I caught any gurning faces when the adrenaline was pumping. Coach Cal (Thanks for the camera Mick)

It's a great way to test your posterior chains endurance, it's also really helps to highlight any obvious weaknesses! . The aim is to hold it for as long as possible while maintaining good form. Your hips should just slightly overhang the edge of the GHD machine. . Enjoy and let me know how you get on!
