Our Brewery is open for visitors so you can come in and see how we make the beers, sample the beers in our bar and beer garden.  You can also buy bottles to take home or as  a fantastic gift for someone if your feeling generous!

Our beer is available on draft or bottle in most of the pubs and restaurants around the island. We are also finding the demand is increasing and our beer is popping up in lots of pubs and off-licences around the country.

THANK YOU to the lovely person who sent us this great postcard all the way from Argentina. You really are a person of few words. Pretty amazed it got to us with such little info in the address.

Seeking some inspiration for the labels on our new range of beers and came across Bute Fabrics Tutti Fruitti Tweeds. We applaud their sass. We’re not known to shy away from bright, bold colours either so get your sunglasses ready for our new bute-y-licious range, coming your way soon.

I don't know about you, but the thought of relaxing in a sunny field drinking quality local beer and listening to good music sounds pretty good to me right now. There are still some ButeFest tier 2 early-bird tickets to be snapped up. Get em while they're hot! Come for the music, stay for the beer.

Traditional though it is for a brewery to post photos of its beer in the snow, if our beers are stored in the snow prior to drinking, they'll actually be below the recommended serving temperature of 11-14C. Fun Fact. #beastfromtheast #bestfromthewest #bute #isleofbute #beer #craftbeer #snow

Yesterday, for the first time in Bute Brew Co history, we brewed a stout. It's gonna be 4.5% and delicious. We filled it with a whole bunch of this stuff; chocolate malt. It's a sort of highly kilned malted barley. It will give the stout its deep colour and lots of chocolately and coffee flavours. It's in the fermenter right now, but should be ready for drinking in a month or so. Stick it in your diaries. I don't know about you guys, but I'm pretty excited! :D
