Lovely Kanga On Wheel class on Friday in the beautiful Worth Park, Crawley. The babies were doing a great job in their buggies, while us, mommies done the #fullbodyworkout . And of course there is always time for snacks, play and chat at the end of the class ;)

The Kanga On Wheel class is not a usual babywearing Kangatraining class, here the babies can enjoy the comfort of their own pushchair while healthy snacks, bubbles and toys entertaining them. This is still an effective and safe full body postnatal workout, suitable for all fitness level. What do you need to bring with you? ☆ your buggy ☆ a blanket or yoga mat ☆ water We will meet at the fountain at 15:00 in the beautiful Worth Park Gardens, Crawley. The first Taster class is FREE! Come and join us tomorrow in the great outdoors! Kangatraining is a safe full body workout, designed for new mommies and their babies. The babies are in a babycarrier half of the class, in the other half they take part of the exercises in a safe and fun way. All you need to bring is a blanket or yoga mat, water and snack for your baby, the babycarriers are provided. We meet in the park in front of the restaurant at 10 o'clock. We had a lovely #KangaMix class on Friday in the beautiful Tilgate Park, Crawley. Dear mommies, I would like to share with you what is #Kangatraining means to me and my own experience and story. So.. before my pregnancy my weight was 54 kg. At the end of my pregnancy my weight increased for 74 kg. Yep, + 20 kg! I felt okay with it while I had a big beautiful pregnancy belly but the real shock came after my daughter was born. I didn't like the look of my body at all! Of course in the first few month it wasn't the most important thing to worry about! I was overwhelmed with my baby, enjoying the endless love day by day. And here comes the other thing. Day by day it was the same and of course I was happy but sometimes it was difficult even just to go for a walk with my baby around the house, and mostly I was on my own. About 5 month later I felt I have enough motivation to do something different, do something for myself. I always loved dancing and good music, I like meeting with new people and of course I love cute babies :) So this time I have decided to become a Kangatrainer, to be able to stay with my much loved daughter, know her close to me in the #babycarrier, work on my postpregnancy body, meet and chat with other new mommies. It was a long way but by now I have lost all the pregnancy weight plus some extra, I am 50 kg at the moment. My #diastasisrecti (abdominal muscle separation) which was nearly 3 finger opened (more than 2,5 cm) closed in 2 weeks thanks for the regular safe exercises. I am eating healthier, I feel much fitter and more energetic and of course much happier! I also have more confident as a first time mommy :) Aaaand I've met with other lovely like-minded mommies and their beautiful babies, I am so happy that I met with you ladies and my daughter has company too :) Let's Kanga!
