Iain is the owner of the cunningly named Iain Smith Coaching and provides one to one blended coaching for Headteachers and SLT, and training for whole schools.

Since volunteering way back when, as an English teacher in a dusty village in rural Tanzania, Iain has worked for over 20 years in the Education sector. Teaching in secondary schools before setting up his own business, Iain is passionate about helping teachers become more effective at what they already do well.

He is a natural communicator and delegates enjoy his open and practical approach to ideas that make a tangible difference. Iain's calm manner and ability to help leaders find solutions in a crisis is probably why so many of his clients have him on speed dial.
