Re boarded and brand new Firestone approved EPDM rubber membrane fit with a CE certificate and 20 year membrane warrenty for piece of mind..
Complete new roof on this lovely old cottage using Marley brindle plain tiles, to keep it as close to original feature tiles as possible so not to lose the cottages character. New modern breathable underfelt allowing the roof to have that important second layer of protection and with its anti rot properties that will last for many more years to come, with no issues arising when the bad weather comes..
