We are off to Sicily to the beautiful Disisa Estate! We will be tasting & deciding on the blend for our Sicilian Oil (which is a blend of two olives) and we will also be sampling some new infusions. At the moment we don't use the wonderful Oranges or Mandarins that grow in the orchard, so we are going to taste the following: Orange & Mandarin Mandarin & Mint / Orange & Mint Mandarin & Rosemary / Orange & Rosemary What do you think?
