Very proud of this lad @staygoldbarber After I started stevie Cuts back in 2014 Mcletchie came through for his hair cut (when he had hair 😂), of course we got talking and he told me he wanted to become a barber. My response was ‘you go train, do a course and I’ll give you a job and continue to train you’. Steve worked hard, saved and paid for an intensive skills course at @sbbarberingacademy He later returned to the shop and said ‘I’ve done it’.....the rest is history. I myself am beyond lucky to work along side and train with such a great dude. He works his ass off daily, he’s professional, polite and just an all round top guy. His progression has been amazing.
