Well the last day of 2016 has arrived. People making new year resolutions, looking back and reflecting on the last year and all its events. For me I plan to start the new coming year as I mean to go on. Since April 2016 I have lost a total of 5stone 2lb and I feel massively improved for it. Healthier, more confident, happier in myself, more energy, not as tired..... I still have a fair way to go and want to lose another 3 stone so..... Who's going to join me and do the C9 in January? I lost 10lb when I did it this last year and what better motivation do I need to continue on this journey than to start the new year with a healthy positive cleanse for my body. From the inside out.
