You’re not going to a PT just to get flogged. Sessions should be a hour long, not 30mins (it’s takes 15mins to warm up properly!). Make sure you always get nutritional support. Most importantly you need to choose someone you trust, bond with and have a good relationship with. It’s not all about how muscly your PT is but how they deal with you, their knowledge and how they come across. There’s no room for just arm work for men when you could be training smarter!
