Mellish RFC Clubhouse is a warm, spacious and modern clubhouse with facilities to cater for most needs. The main function room is fitted with stylish lighting and contains a large, well-equipped bar, perfect for post match refreshments!
The hatch leading to the kitchen provides warm drinks and food to keep parents and spectators going during training and matches. This well-furnished kitchen is also perfect for catering for large functions or events.
Also in the Main Function Room are:
• Two televisions with full Freeview - great for watching live Rugby.
• A large dance area that is lit by varying coloured lights, together with a large range of up-to-date disco lights.
• A spacious area to host live bands and gigs
Adjacent to the Main Function room is the Players Lounge.
The Players Lounge is a smaller, comfortable and more intimate room that has recently been refurbished with new tables and chairs. It is the ideal setting for hosting sponsors and meetings. It is also a great area for Players to unwind in following a match.
The Players lounge also has a small, well-stocked bar and fully-dimmed lighting complimenting the large, flat-screen television (also with Freeview) to enjoy any live sport in a comfortable setting with a drink in hand.
Player Facilities include:
• Seven large changing rooms
• A large shower room, containing 9 showers and a large bath
• A separate Referees room with individual shower
• A gym, with plenty of modern equipment including weights, cardio machines and massage table
• Four full-sized pitches, two of which are fully flood lit and an additional training pitch
• Training lights are on the additional Mini's pitch/training area and part of the 3rd pitch
• An extensive amount of training equipment is available including a scrum-machine, prowlers, weighted sandbags, tyres, tackle pads and much more.
Our clubhouse is a fantastic venue for rugby and any function or meeting in Nottingham. With it's large parking area on site and security, you're bound to have a great time at Mellish RFC!
Please Note that NO Dogs are allowed on the site (excluding assistance dogs)
